This comprehensive 4-day Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course equips participants with the tools and methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and improve organizational processes using data-driven decision-making.
Participants will learn the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) methodology; process mapping and value stream analysis; root cause analysis including 5 Whys and Fishbone; data collection and performance metrics; basic statistical analysis; control planning and sustainability; and how to lead measurable process improvement initiatives.
Designed for professionals in manufacturing, healthcare, construction, logistics, business operations, and service industries, this course prepares participants to lead improvement projects and strengthen their professional credentials.

Certification Requirements
To earn the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate, participants must attend all live sessions, complete course assignments, and demonstrate understanding of DMAIC tools and project methodology by turning in projects that are done with instructor during class.
