What Is OSHA 10?

The OSHA 10-Hour Construction course introduces workers to occupational safety and health standards. Topics include fall protection, electrical hazards, struck-by hazards, scaffolding safety, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Upon completion, participants receive an official OSHA 10 wallet card.
This certification is ideal for veterans entering the construction workforce for the first time. For supervisory and foreman roles, consider the OSHA 30 program.

Veterans Transition Support provides no-cost OSHA 10-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training to veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses. The OSHA 10 card is an entry-level safety credential recognized by employers across the construction, manufacturing, and logistics industries.

Classes are taught by OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainers and are available in person and via Zoom.
