A free 1-day live instructor-led course covering the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma process improvement. Topics include Kaizen, A3 problem solving, value stream mapping, and waste reduction. The Yellow Belt is the entry-level LSS certification and a strong foundation before advancing to the Green Belt. Free for all qualifying veterans and military family members.
