WHO WE ARE

Bridging military experience with civilian opportunity

Veterans Transition Support (VTS) is an all-volunteer nonprofit based in San Diego County, California, dedicated to helping veterans, service members, and military spouses successfully transition from military service into meaningful civilian careers.

We provide practical military transition programs, veteran support services, and employment readiness training designed to bridge the gap between military experience and civilian opportunity. Through career-focused classes, mentorship, resume support, interview preparation, LinkedIn guidance, access to VA benefits resources, and community partnerships, VTS helps participants build confidence, gain marketable skills, and move forward with purpose.

Transitioning from military to civilian life can bring serious challenges, including unemployment, financial stress, loss of identity, PTSD, housing instability, and difficulty navigating civilian career paths. VTS exists to meet those challenges with real-world tools, trusted guidance, and a strong community of support.

Our mission is simple: help those who served move from service to industry with confidence, dignity, and opportunity.
