Hands-On Practical Application Course
Presented by Veterans Transition Support | Live Instructor-Led Zoom Training
This FREE training course is open to veterans, active-duty service members, and military spouses and provides a practical introduction to workplace accident investigation and OSHA injury and illness recordkeeping requirements.
Participants will receive scenario-based instruction and hands-on practice using commonly used workplace safety documentation forms.
Forms Used During Training
Participants will work through real examples using:
• UCSD Accident Investigation Form
• OSHA 300 Log
• OSHA 300A Annual Summary
• OSHA 301 Incident Report
These forms will be listed on the Certificate of Completion as demonstrated competencies.
