Why Sponsors Choose VTS

Supporting Veterans Is Good for Business and Better for Community

VTS has no paid staff and no overhead bloat. When you donate, your money covers the direct cost of delivering free programs to veterans — certification fees, training materials, instructor costs, and Zoom licensing. Nothing else.

Stater Bros. Charities

Stater Bros. Charities has partnered with Veterans Transition Support as part of their commitment to supporting veterans and active service members across Southern California. Their matching donation program — partnered with BeatBox Beverages — has helped fund VTS training programs and expand access to free certifications for veterans in San Diego, Orange County, and beyond.

Founded with a spirit of service by veteran founders, Stater Bros. has invested over $54 million into Southern California communities — and their support of VTS continues that legacy directly.

BeatBox Beverages

About VTS

Veterans Transition Support is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in San Marcos, CA. Founded in 2014, VTS provides free career certifications, training, and counseling to veterans and military families across San Diego, Orange County, and online — preventing unemployment, homelessness, and family disintegration through workforce readiness.

Where Your Money Goes

VTS has no paid staff. Every donated dollar funds program delivery — OSHA certification fees, Lean Six Sigma training materials, Coursera access, Zoom licensing, and classroom costs at Camp Pendleton and in San Marcos. We are transparent about our finances and share our IRS Form 990 upon request.

Corporate Sponsorship Benefits
