Understanding Your VA Home Loan Benefits
The VA home loan program has been opening the door to homeownership for eligible servicemembers and surviving military spouses in San Diego since 1944. In addition to offering significant savings, the VA mortgage program was designed with the specific needs of military families in mind. That means eligible buyers don’t need perfect credit or a large down payment to qualify. Our home loan specialists who teach this seminar are industry experts on VA loan eligibility and qualification guidelines for all of California.
No Cost OSHA 10 Training Safety Courses
OSHA 10 Hour Safety live instruction provides an introduction to Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations that every business with employees must comply with. The OSHA 10 Hour Safety Card is a Federal credential that is recognized in all 50 states and does NOT expire. VTS sponsors weekend OSHA training classes in San Marcos, Oceanside and various college campus since 2014. Salaries for Safety Supervisors start at $50,000 per year. Safety Managers start at $65,000 to $80,000 per year. No College Degree Required
No Cost LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt Progam
The LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt Program breaks down traditionally complicated LEAN methods into a simple, straightforward approach that makes dramatic and measurable improvements to the bottom line by minimizing waste in processes. The class is taught on Zoom with projects done during class. A LEAN Six Sigma Yellow belt Certificate is issued at the end of the training when projects are turned in.
