I retired in January and had run into the greatest resource on Camp Pendleton for my transition. Russell Levy is the president of the nonprofit Veterans Transition Support Program  on Camp Pendleton since 2014. The program has done great things for thousands of our transitioning Sailors and Marines  on Camp Pendleton. I cannot say enough about this program personally. It has offered me more than all of the other transition programs I have taken combined.
